Job Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers and ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules. Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress and changes. Task Tracking: Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, and regularly update project managers on the status of each. Resource Coordination: Coordinate the allocation of resources, both human and material, to support project activities. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, and assist in the development of mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and distribution of relevant materials. Quality Assurance: Work with project teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements. Skills Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in project coordination or a related role. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail in managing project documentation and tasks. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
