What You’ll Be Doing As a Project Manager at Edon, you will lead and deliver construction projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Project Delivery Manage construction projects from initiation to closeout, including tenant improvements, capital work, maintenance, and renovations Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and proactively manage risks and changes Maintain accurate and consistent documentation in line with Edon’s Project Management standards Leadership & Coordination Lead and mentor project team members, including coordinators and support staff Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success Identify and address issues early to keep projects on track Stakeholder & Site Management Build strong relationships with clients, property managers, consultants, and vendors Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements Client Experience Provide clear, proactive communication to all stakeholders Manage expectations and resolve challenges professionally and efficiently Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across all projects What You Bring Experience & Education Proven experience managing construction projects ranging from $5K to $20M Experience with tenant improvements, capital projects, and maintenance work Post-secondary education in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field PMP designation is an asset Core Skills Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable with technology and project management systems Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Willingness to travel to project sites within Alberta as required Clear Criminal Record Check (EPIC) required prior to hire Join Our Team At Edon, we are committed to building a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
