Overview: We are seeking a full-time Project Lead who is a motivated, positive and dependable team player to join our team of Resource Professionals working for the Forestry Management Department. Qualifications: * A minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management / coordination experience in the forestry sector. * RPF or RFT designation is required, FIT nearing registration will also be considered. * Strong Professional communication and organizational skills. * Timber cruising experience is an asset. * Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driving Licence; experience driving 4x4 trucks and ATVs. * Physically fit and able to work outdoors; willing to work in diverse and demanding conditions. * Legally authorized to work in Canada. The Project Lead is responsible for coordinating field crews, supporting project managers, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. They will also prepare professional reports and assessments while balancing field and office duties.

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of forestry project management experience and hold an RPF or RFT designation. A valid Class 5 driver's license and physical fitness for outdoor work in diverse conditions are also required.
