Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor infrastructure renovation projects involving building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Plan and administer assigned projects, develop specifications, coordinate implementation, and provide direction and supervision while supporting the Manager of Facilities Services.
