Own the aircraft program’s engineering scope, schedule, development cost, and risks across disciplines, maintaining the baseline and resolving conflicts before they threaten delivery. Lead engineering execution from concept through flight test, manage reviews and subcontract deliverables, and provide reliable status and technical inputs to the Program Manager and customer.
