Project Manager Duration – 12 months Work Location: Montreal CAN H8T 3H1 A Snapshot of your day The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible to define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks. The SCPM will work across global teams and be required to report progress to management at various levels of the organization. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of successful supply chain project delivery. This includes experience managing projects, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines. • Execute end-to-end supply chain processes. • Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns. • Develop cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives. • Lead cross-functional teams. • Manage third-party vendors to ensure project success. • Review project performance and present status updates to stakeholders. • Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions. • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. • Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests. • Manage and communicate to the various project stakeholders Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
