Scrum Master - 1 Location Address: Hybrid - 44 King Street W, 9th floor- 2 Days per week. Contract Duration: 3 months Extension: Yes, 12 months in total Number of Positions: 1 Schedule Hours: 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week – OT - No Reason: support CIAM SAAS Migration to PING AIC Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software application delivery, including Agile delivery experience with global teams, including Peru and Mexico. Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Strong background in application delivery to guide and mentor teams in Adopting Agile principles and practices. Strong communicator with strong facilitation and collaboration skills. Any Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PMI ACP, SA, SPC, RTE, SSM, SASM). Nice-To-Have Skills: CIAM experience or any regulatory environment. Spanish or French proficiency Previous Banking Experience Previous practical experience in Backlog management and agile metrics. Power BI. Best VS. Average Candidate: We are looking for someone with prior Scrum Master experience who can clearly demonstrate measurable results from their work. The candidate should be able to show specific metrics that highlight how they coordinated delivery, improved team performance, and drove successful outcomes — for example, improvements in velocity, reduction in cycle time, increased predictability, or successful delivery milestones supported by data. Requirements
Requires at least three years of software application delivery experience, including Agile delivery with global teams, and experience with Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe. Candidates should have strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, an Agile methodology certification, and the ability to demonstrate measurable results from prior Scrum Master work.
