Start Date: Sept 14th 2026 Contract Duration: 12 Months Physical Office Location Address (even if role is remote/hybrid): Downtown Toronto Remote or Office: 3 days in office and two days remote ( Office days: Monday, Tues and Thu) Schedule Hours: 37.5/ week and 9-5pm Possibility of Overtime: Depending on project needs Possibility of Extension: Depending on project needs Possibility of FTE: Depending on Project needs Number of Positions: 1 Reason for Opening: New initiative lunch project Role Responsibilities / Typical Day in Role: Structure and plan future workstreams Break down the long-term EMOB vision into manageable workstreams, MVPs, and releases. Develop a best practice within the squad to define sequencing, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps across teams. Backlog management and prioritization Direct the organization, grooming and refinement of backlog. Create a robust prioritization practice based on business value, client impact, effort, risk, and feasibility. Develop artifact standards to ensure work is clearly defined and composed of essential information. Risk identification and dependency management Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and cross-functional dependencies that may impact delivery Establish processes for issue identification, escalation, and resolution. Assess and create visibility into critical path items and decision points. Coaching and ways of working Assess processes across functional areas in the squad to identify opportunities to increase agility Create standard practices and support the alignment across business, technology, analytics, marketing, and CX partners. Support the Squad Lead in driving execution, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement. Embedded execution support Operate as a hands-on member of the squad, participating in day-to-day planning, ceremonies, working sessions, and decision forums. Provide seasoned guidance and challenge operational, strategic and executional assumptions to help the team move faster and more effectively. Performance Measurement: Quarterly performance reviews and ongoing feedback. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 7 years of Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or related experience. 6-7 years of Proven experience coaching agile teams while providing hands-on support for planning, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery execution. Demonstrated ability to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and improve team effectiveness. Experience developing and managing delivery roadmaps, defining MVPs, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams. Nice-To-Have Skills: Experience delivering complex transformation, digital, or customer journey initiatives. Product delivery and product management experience is an asset. Banking or financial services experience is considered an asset. Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other enterprise Agile methodologies Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Workfront or similar platforms. Best VS. Average Candidate: 50 percent hands-on delivery experience and 50 percent experience in agile coaching and consulting. Expert in risk management, bottleneck removal, stakeholder alignment, and facilitating decision-making across business, technology, analytics, marketing, and CX teams. Demonstrated experience leading customer journey transformation or digital transformation initiatives, breaking down complex strategic visions into MVPs, releases, and executable workstreams. Interview Process: 1st Round: Yvonne + Peer, flexible (Virtual or in person) , 60 min, behavior questions 2nd Round: Yvonne + VP , flexible (Virtual or in person), 30 mins, Behavior questions, capability experience and cultural fit. Red Flags / Disqualifiers: no hands-on experience with delivery experience. only a Agile coaching and consulting experience.
