IT Project Manager – Level 2 | Contract | British Columbia Customizo is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Level 2 for a long-term public-sector engagement in British Columbia. Contract Term: December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2027 Commitment: Full-time, 35 hours per week Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person attendance in Victoria, BC, as required The successful candidate will bring strong experience leading IT projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating senior stakeholders, and delivering projects through planning, execution, risk management, change management and implementation. Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within the last 7 years • Demonstrated IT project experience and working knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Experience delivering at least three projects of 8 months or longer • 3+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Experience leading medium-complexity projects involving teams of at least five people • Strong experience with project charters, integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource planning and project dependencies • Demonstrated experience with risk analysis, risk management, change requests and budget requests • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and senior management • Experience developing business cases, feasibility studies or similar project documentation • Undergraduate degree in a technology-related field or another accepted equivalent qualification • Strong written, verbal, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills • Proficiency with project-management tools such as Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications • PMP designation • Public-sector or government project experience • Experience in banking, finance, payments, treasury or related environments • Experience preparing Treasury Board submissions ServiceNow experience is not required. Requirements

Applicants need strong planning, budgeting, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and project documentation skills, plus an undergraduate degree in a technology-related field or an accepted equivalent qualification.
