Business System Analyst and Project Manager

Full-time, 40 hrs/week In-office, Concord, Vaughan CAD$80-100K Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada About The Role Customerization is and Ontario based IT company building business systems — from Zoho CRM/ERP implementations to fully custom solutions — for clients ranging from 30 to 1,000 employees. We are looking to fill a combined 'Business Analyst & Project Manager' role: you'll gather client requirements and design optimal tech solutions, and plan and lead delivery through to launch. What You'll Do Business Analysis Understand and analyze client business processes, available resources, documentation, and more Gather and document requirements through workshops, and structured discovery sessions Design technology solutions in collaboration with our technical/dev team — spanning Zoho CRM, ERP, custom-built applications, and integrations Support technical pre-sales: run solution demos, contribute to proposals Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact throughout engagements Project Delivery Define project scope, budget, phases Groom tasks and manage concurrent projects in the PM software Monitor timelines, budgets, progress, quality, and risks across multiple concurrent projects Lead developers and system configurators day-to-day Configure, customize, or develop solutions on your own, where reasonable Client communications Produce clear technical and business documentation Test and validate delivered solutions Build training materials and run client training sessions Requirements Must-haves A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field — you need to understand tech and dev fundamentals, not just the business side Experience implementing business applications (CRM, ERP, or similar) — including business process mapping and data modeling Strong project management track record — planning, running teams, managing scope/timeline/risk Direct, hands-on experience running client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions Excellent written and verbal English communication Comfortable working with and directing AI-assisted development, or genuinely curious and quick to pick it up Nice to have Zoho experience specifically Working style Comfortable in a small, fast-moving, flexible team Strong self-directed learner Able to run multiple projects/clients simultaneously Proactive, "can-do" attitude Strong personal time management Collaborative across a multicultural team

The role involves analyzing business systems to improve operational efficiency and managing projects to ensure timely delivery. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a technology-focused environment. Strong analytical and project management skills are required to succeed in this position.
