Job summary
Integreon Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across IT, operations, and enterprise transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for a structured, collaborative project manager who thrives in a governance-driven PMO environment and is passionate about driving results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead end-to-end project management using standardized PMO methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) * Develop and maintain project charters, detailed schedules, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and communication plans * Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive decision escalations * Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards, reporting cadence, and portfolio management practices * Track and report project progress using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, OnePlan, and Microsoft Teams * Partner with IT, business units, and the AI Center of Excellence to drive successful execution * Manage cross-functional collaboration and proactively mitigate project risks and issues QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * 3–5+ years of hands-on project management experience * PMP® certification preferred or demonstrated progress toward certification (CAPM® considered with equivalent project delivery experience) * Formal training in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) * Agile certification (PSM I, CSM, or PMI-ACP) considered an asset * Strong experience with governance frameworks, RAID management, and portfolio reporting * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Planner and Teams * Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills * Bilingual (French and English) – required WHY JOIN INTEGREON? * Be part of a global organization driving transformation and innovation * Work in a structured PMO environment with clear governance and standards * Collaborate with diverse teams across IT, operations, and emerging technologies * Opportunity for professional growth and certification advancement
