Job summary
Our client, the Bank of Canada has a 2 year hybrid remote contract opportunity for a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple CTS, Cyber Security, and ITS projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, and governance standards • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource assignments to ensure project objectives are achieved • Manage projects through all lifecycle phases, ensuring milestones, and targets are met • Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions, implementing corrective actions as required • Coordinate and administer project change requests in accordance with approved governance processes • Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management • Coordinate with respective team leaders to identify resource requirements, assign resources, and optimize capacity to support the successful delivery of project objectives and timelines • Engage stakeholders, clients, and business partners to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support successful project outcomes • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management activities • Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, approvals, and closeout activities are completed in compliance with organizational standards and policies • Coordinate release management activities, ensuring releases are planned, documented, reviewed, approved, and implemented in accordance with established change management requirements • Support the coordination and management of dependencies, risks, reporting, and delivery activities across multiple workstreams, including infrastructure, cyber security, and strategic technology initiatives • Related activities and deliverables, as required
