Connective is a Canadian nonprofit organization working to create safe, healthy, and inclusive communities for all. For the past several decades, we have had the opportunity to work on complex social challenges in communities across BC and the Yukon. The Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring program activities to ensure key targets are met while providing leadership to staff. They also manage administrative and financial aspects, maintain community relationships, and ensure facilities comply with safety regulations.
