Some of Canada's largest healthcare organizations are moving onto Clinicmaster. We're hiring the person who will lead those launches. We're looking for a Project Lead, Enterprise Implementation — someone who guides enterprise clients from kickoff to go-live and makes the whole experience feel steady. Enterprise rollouts in healthcare are rarely simple. Multiple sites, multiple disciplines, clinical teams who need the system working on day one. This role is for someone who can hold that complexity, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and surface risks before they turn into delays. What You'll Do -Lead enterprise software implementation projects from kickoff through go live. -Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and key milestones. -Coordinate cross functional teams to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned. -Facilitate client meetings and provide regular project updates. -Proactively identify risks and drive effective solutions. -Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional implementation experience. -Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes. What We're Looking For -5+ years of project management or implementation experience. -Strong background managing complex, high visibility projects. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Experience with SaaS, healthcare technology, EMR, or software implementations is an asset. -Highly organized with exceptional problem solving skills. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are considered an asset.
