About You We are seeking a Scrum Master to drive the successful delivery of our technology consulting engagements and support the technology team's processes. You are a vital partner in the technical delivery process. You will work closely with the Technical Director and technical team on execution, while collaborating with clients to define and shape requirements. Responsibilities Consulting Engagement Management: Support and enable the Technical Director in technical project delivery. Work with stakeholders to define and shape project requirements, translating business goals into actionable technical specifications. Support the Project Manager in managing client expectations and ensure delivery aligns with the statement of work Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Account Leads, Developers, and Leadership) to ensure project resources are aligned and all work is executed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. You are the central hub for all internal communication Develop & Implement Process: Create, document, and enforce new project management processes, technical standards, and best practices where they do not currently exist Team Leadership: Ensure clear communication, seamless collaboration, and high-quality work across time zones Project Workflow Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery for Tech-Led projects (owning planning, execution, and delivery) and provide essential Scrum support for PM-Led projects (ensuring technical alignment, process adherence, and risk mitigation) Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, and protect project scope and budget from scope creep Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, translating technical concepts for both internal teams and external clients Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in a technical project management or Scrum Master role, successfully delivering technology projects Agency or consulting experience is mandatory. (This implies you have seen, and built, multiple processes for different clients) Demonstrable experience creating and implementing PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid) in an environment that previously lacked formal process Proven experience managing remote and/or offshore (e.g., South Asia) technical teams Foundational understanding of web development technologies and technical project lifecycles. You must be able to communicate effectively with developers and technical stakeholders Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication skills Expertise in delivery tooling — Asana (project management), Linear (technical project delivery), BugHerd (bug reporting), and Slack (communication). Proven experience delivering multiple website projects in a consulting or agency environment Familiarity with common web tech stacks and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, custom builds) Consulting/agency experience is preferred Preferred Skills Formal Certification: A project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent) Diverse Project Experience: Proven experience managing a range of complex digital projects beyond standard websites, such as: CMS (WordPress, WebFlow, Framer) e-Commerce (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) Mobile App Development (iOS/Android) Data & Analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON Reports to: Technical Director
