The Catlin Difference With a family legacy in construction dating back to the 1970s, our story starts with Jay Catlin learning the trade firsthand from his father, John Catlin Sr. What began with window installations and aluminum work in the Hamilton and Ancaster area has grown into something much more. Jay went on to found Catlin Inc., expanding the family business into full-scale renovations and custom-built homes always with a focus on craftsmanship, integrity and care. Today, we’re proud to be a Burlington based design build firm serving homeowners across the region. Our team shares a commitment to doing things right—from the smallest details to the biggest ideas. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the budget, timeline, and scope. They will also monitor project deliverables and update stakeholders on project progress.
