Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000 *Work vehicle included* -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description: * Read; draw plans and specifications for HVAC retrofit and construction project. * Bid on retrofit and construction project in the HVAC industry for new and existing customers. * Estimating, designing and presenting thermal system solutions to prospective customers; both independently and in collaboration with the estimating team. * Assuming project management responsibilities over work execution, providing for functional leadership and technical support; * Ordering and managing deliveries of projects. * Coordinating with sub-contractors. * Attending site project meetings and coordinating project schedule. * Tracking job costing and profitability. * Working in conjunction with the service team to maximize prospective opportunities. * Providing operation and maintenance manuals on project as required. Job Requirements: * Ideal candidates would have 3-5 years of experience in a related field. * Mechanical systems education * Knowledge of Natural Gas, Propane and oil considered an asset. * Ability to read, draw and provide equipment specification. * Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. * Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self-starter. * Ability to travel to job sites as required. * Travel to the interior of BC twice a month. * Minimal overnight travel required. * Team Player.
