AWS/CES is NOW HIRING: Program Manager Location: London, ON Direct Hire | Full-Time Salary: $80,000 annually International Travel: May be required- must have a passport We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support manufacturing operations and customers throughout product launches, engineering changes, and ongoing production. This position will serve as a key liaison between the customer and manufacturing team, ensuring products meet customer design intent, quality, cost, productivity, and manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities Program Launch & Project Management Lead production launches from planning through implementation. Manage customer drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Coordinate internal and customer launch meetings. Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Coordinate prototype builds and customer samples. Drive continuous improvement throughout product launches. Equipment & Manufacturing Coordinate the acquisition, installation, and launch of new manufacturing equipment. Participate in equipment specification, design, selection, layout, construction, and installation. Develop technical specifications for manufacturing equipment. Coordinate component acquisition for production and sample runs. Work with internal teams and outside contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Quality & APQP Ensure manufacturing equipment and processes meet customer technical requirements. Coordinate the development and implementation of APQP documentation, including: Feasibility Reviews Prototype Programs GD&T Process Flow Charts Process FMEAs Control Plans Process Sheets Gauge R&R Capability Studies Coordinate quality documentation and support customer quality requirements. Ensure production quality meets customer requirements for fit, form, and function. Customer & Engineering Support Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the manufacturing facility. Communicate engineering and process changes to customers and internal teams. Interface directly with customers regarding engineering issues and program status. Support engineering changes, product launches, and customer quality concerns. Complete required project reports and meeting documentation. Qualifications Experience in program management, engineering, or manufacturing. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience supporting product launches and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, and quality documentation. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset. Willingness to travel internationally as required. APPLY TODAY!
