The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how Burnbrae plans, governs, and delivers strategic programs—bringing clarity, consistency, and accountability to execution while building internal capability for the long term. You will own end-to-end delivery from roadmap and customer alignment to execution and change management while partnering with Commercial, Operations, Finance and IT. The ideal candidate brings strong program governance and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes at scale. Program Manager – Enterprise Programs & PMO Capability (Perm, Day, M-F) Term: Permanent, Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Day Replacement or New Role: New Salary: $109,500 - $130,055 Bonus: Yes Work Mode: Hybrid Reports to: IT Director Address: 940 Matheson Blvd. E. Mississauga, ON L4W 2R8 Enterprise Program Leadership * Lead large, multi‑stream programs with significant operational and business impact * Own end‑to‑end program outcomes, including scope, dependencies, risk, and readiness * Ensure programs are delivered in the right sequence to achieve business outcomes—not just milestones * Direct the intake and evaluation of new portfolio initiatives, driving strategic discussions to align initiatives with organizational impact and resource allocation Portfolio & Delivery Management * Support the evolution of enterprise portfolio management, including prioritization, capacity planning, and dependency management * Provide leadership with clear visibility into program health, risks, and tradeoffs * Proactively identify, assess, and influence strategic decisions to mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with risk management strategies. * Partner with business and IT leaders to align programs to strategic priorities PMO & Delivery Capability Development * Help establish and mature Burnbrae’s Project / Program Management Office (PMO) * Define and standardize: * Program and project management frameworks * Governance models and delivery cadences * Reporting, risk management, and escalation practices * Drive adoption of best practices across teams while keeping processes lightweight and pragmatic Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working * Embed continuous improvement into delivery practices * Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, predictability, and cost discipline * Apply lessons learned to strengthen future programs and reduce reliance on external consulting Stakeholder & Vendor Management * Act as a senior point of contact across Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT, and external partners * Hold vendors and partners accountable for outcomes, quality, and delivery commitments What You Bring * 10+ years of experience in program and portfolio management within complex, cross‑functional environments * Demonstrated success delivering enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives * Strong grounding in program management disciplines, governance, and delivery frameworks * Experience building or operating within a PMO or enterprise delivery function * Proven strategic leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level and drive organizational change * Advanced proficiency in data analytics, with a strong ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for decision-making * Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders * Proven experience in guiding and mentoring high-performing teams * Ability to balance structure with pragmatism, process that enables and not slows delivery Certifications & Professional Background * PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification strongly preferred * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, hybrid delivery models) * Background in technology‑enabled or operations‑heavy environments is an asset **Burnbrae Farms welcomes and encourages applications from all qualified candidates, including those with disabilities.
