Job Title: Project Manager 4 Days onsite in downtown Calgary 12 Month Contract Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Boundary Apps portfolio. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of technical and operational aspects to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for Boundary Apps initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports. Facilitate regular project meetings, track milestones, and manage change requests. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security protocols. Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary. Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications. Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an asset. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working on ERP implementation projects is an asset. Preferred Skills Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment. Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows.
