You will work in a collaborative environment where analysis, creativity, and initiative are valued. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Develop and standardize a robust methodology for calculating logistics capacity across all manufacturing sites. Work closely with local teams to validate, standardize, and roll out this methodology across the network. Analyze the theoretical and actual capacity of each site, identifying discrepancies, constraints, and opportunities for optimization. Anticipate future capacity needs based on volume projections, and make strategic recommendations (investments, resource adjustments, etc.). Implement, maintain, and refine a capacity management dashboard to ensure dynamic and reliable monitoring in response to fluctuations in activity. Ensure the quality, consistency, and regular updating of capacity data to support operational and strategic decision-making. Participate in the definition of the medium- and long-term logistics strategy. Design and model logistics solutions (sizing, layouts, internal and external material flows, equipment requirements). Develop tools and processes to optimize logistics costs. Work in collaboration with our various plants worldwide as well as with multidisciplinary teams. Conduct performance analyses and profitability studies (business cases, ROI). YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A bachelor’s degree or diploma of college studies (DCS) in mechanical or industrial engineering, business administration, and/or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken) required. Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset. Knowledge of transportation, internal logistics, and product distribution to customers. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, AutoCAD, and CATIA would be an asset. Demonstrate a high degree of open-mindedness.
