Job details

At Bond, we build growth and loyalty for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Behind that work is a team of smart, curious people who care deeply about clients, each other, and build something meaningful together. We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs for high-profile clients. You’ll bring strategic insight, hands-on project management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding work on time, within scope, and on budget. Our Loyalty PMO team delivers large-scale, integrated programs that unite strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology to create exceptional client outcomes. * 7+ years in project management or project lead roles, ideally within an agency, loyalty, or marketing environment. * Proven success delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies. * Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively. * Expertise in project planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar). * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing under pressure. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills. * PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification an asset. * Lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across internal teams and external partners. * Act as a strategic partner, developing deep knowledge of client goals, industry context, competitors, and customer engagement strategies. * Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, communications, risk and change management, and resource allocation. * Collaborate across strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. * Manage budgets and resources, including forecasting, tracking spend, developing statements of work, and identifying growth opportunities. * Facilitate ongoing client communication — leading updates, managing ad hoc requests, and ensuring transparency on project health. * Establish clear communication cadences and documentation, ensuring clarity on milestones, achievements, and resolutions. * Maintain quality assurance across all deliverables and continuously improve project processes. * Support pipeline forecasting and account reporting, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for added value. Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 CAD annually.
