Lead and manage key projects related to operations strategic initiatives on Challenger Product (build business cases, establish project planning, identify schedule & financials risks and deliver project on-time); Establish governances, escalate to the appropriate management level when required and provide visibility to senior management; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams Develop communication and change management plans to ensure successful deployment of projects; Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. How to thrive in this role? You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project management; You hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering – a PMP is an asset; You have knowledge in Project Management & experience in leading business critical projects; You have strong team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities; You drive for results and are able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while delivering quality results and meeting commitments; You have good knowledge of financial basic principles & notions; You have initiative and have the desire to make decisions; You possess excellent communication skills (written and spoken, French and English) and are able to influence at different levels of the organization; You use effectively the MS Office suite (O365 environment) Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team! Requirements
