Blackline Safety is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Business Information Technology (BIT) team. This role is responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives that span multiple departments, systems, and stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, successfully managing several projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. They are a trusted business partner who can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while also providing the leadership, structure, and accountability needed to keep projects moving forward. This individual will act as the central point of coordination between business teams, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the confidence to challenge assumptions, escalate issues, and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments and deliverables. Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Delivery Lead multiple concurrent projects ranging from business process improvements to enterprise software implementations and technology transformation initiatives. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resource requirements, risk registers, and communication plans. Ensure projects adhere to established BIT governance, methodologies, and project management standards. Drive project execution from intake and business case development through implementation and post-project review. Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Product, Manufacturing, and BIT. Facilitate productive discussions that align diverse groups around common project goals. Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear business outcomes. Foster collaboration while balancing competing priorities and departmental interests. Accountability & Governance Establish clear ownership for actions, decisions, and deliverables. Hold project participants accountable for commitments while maintaining positive working relationships. Escalate risks, delays, and unresolved issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure decisions, action items, and project outcomes are documented and communicated effectively. Portfolio & Resource Management Manage competing project priorities across a diverse project portfolio. Provide regular status reporting to leadership, executives, and steering committees. Assist with project intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and resource forecasting. Support continuous improvement of BIT project management practices, tools, and governance processes. Change Management & Adoption Partner with business leaders to support organizational change and user adoption. Coordinate testing, training, communication, and deployment activities. Ensure successful transition of solutions into ongoing operational support. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification, preferred. Minimum 8 years of project management experience leading medium to large cross-functional initiatives. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex business environment. Strong experience leading enterprise software, ERP, systems integration, infrastructure, or business transformation projects. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority. Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities. Experience working with both business and technical teams. Highly organized and able to effectively manage several complex initiatives at the same time. A confident communicator who can engage executives, department leaders, vendors, and technical teams. Relationship-focused and skilled at building trust across the organization. Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding teams accountable for commitments. Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Adaptable and resilient when navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and organizational complexity. A natural leader who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to projects. Experience with ERP platforms, enterprise applications, software implementations, and systems integrations are preferred. Experience working in manufacturing, SaaS, technology, or industrial organizations are preferred. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies are preferred.
