We are looking for a Plant Manager to oversee all production activities and help the company achieve its growth, quality and profitability objectives.

What you’ll do

- Manage day-to-day production operations. - Plan, coordinate and optimize plant activities. - Oversee purchasing, procurement and inventory management. - Ensure quality, productivity, cost and delivery targets are met. - Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency. - Supervise, engage and develop plant employees. - Participate in employee recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations. - Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as occupational health and safety regulations. - Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed. - Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. - Perform any other related duties.

Requirements

- Education in production management, food processing, business administration or a related field. - Management experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment. - Strong understanding of production operations, inventory management and cost control. - Knowledge of food safety and occupational health and safety standards. - Engaging leadership style and hands-on management approach. - Strong decision-making, priority management and project execution skills. - Excellent communication and team management skills.
