Projects ranging from $100,000 to $1 million are completed through subcontractors and delivered on a turnkey basis. Our client is a growing general contractor based in the Greater Montreal area. The company specializes in major residential additions and renovations, building envelope restoration projects for multi-unit residential buildings, as well as commercial renovations. Projects ranging from $100,000 to $1 million are completed through subcontractors and delivered on a turnkey basis. As part of a close-knit project team, you will take ownership of your projects from start to finish, from project launch through final handover. Working directly on job sites, you will coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain the balance between budget, schedule, and quality. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring regular travel to job sites across the Greater Montreal area (North Shore and South Shore).
