Support mechanical and electrical project managers with administrative and technical coordination, including tracking project information and preparing technical deliverables for approval through Procore. Prepare material requisitions after deliverables are approved, coordinate with project stakeholders, and consider procurement lead times and costs, including proposing equivalent products when needed.

Manage industrial construction and fabrication projects from estimating and bid preparation through on-site execution. Coordinate clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors while tracking budgets, schedules, quality, contractual requirements, and safety.
Hybrid · Matane
Plan and coordinate construction projects from initiation through final acceptance, including schedules, bids, meetings, subcontractors, and project documentation. Manage budgets, costs, invoicing, quality and compliance, while fostering collaboration and maintaining relationships with clients and project partners.
