Manage multiple major renovation and new construction projects from initial planning through final delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, margins, and project execution. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams; manage changes; anticipate technical and operational issues; and ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety requirements.
