Project Manager – HVAC / Mechanical Construction Tenure: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year Location: Stoney Creek, ON Travel: GTA, Hamilton, Niagara & surrounding areas Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with direct HVAC/mechanical construction experience to manage projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an HVAC contractor, mechanical contractor, or general contractor. Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC/mechanical construction projects from start to finish. Handle scheduling, budgeting, procurement, cost control and project documentation. Coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers, trades and internal teams. Review mechanical drawings, specifications, RFIs, RFQs, submittals and change orders. Conduct site visits and oversee project execution, progress, quality and safety. Resolve project issues and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, or industrial/ICI construction. Direct experience with HVAC/mechanical projects is required. Experience with boilers, piping, plumbing, sheet metal, refrigeration, RTUs, exhaust fans, hydronic systems or similar mechanical scopes is an asset. Experience with RFIs, change orders, submittals, procurement, scheduling, budgeting and subcontractor coordination. Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical specifications. Experience working for a mechanical/HVAC contractor or general contractor preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Project. Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and ability to travel between project sites.

Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from planning through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while overseeing site execution and quality safety.

Requires over 5 years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical construction with the ability to read technical drawings. A valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and proficiency in MS Project are essential.
