We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery. Manage cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA/Testers. Define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria. Manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies. Communicate program status and progress to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership. Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices. Coordinate with technology partners and vendors. 🔹 Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program/project management, technology delivery, consulting, or systems integration. Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and program dependencies. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, Cloud, Data & Analytics.
