Job summary

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online implementation project within a large healthcare/public sector environment. This is an immediate remote term opportunity for a seasoned IT project professional with a proven track record delivering complex technology implementations in clinical environments. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a large-scale Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online implementation/migration project. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables. Provide regular project status reporting to the Project Steering Committee and senior leadership. Coordinate internal project teams, vendor partners, clinical resources, business stakeholders, and customers. Ensure technology solutions are implemented safely and effectively within a clinical healthcare environment. Coordinate the implementation and migration from on-premise email services to Microsoft Exchange Online. Lead or coordinate testing of Microsoft 365 products and services, including Exchange Online. Ensure appropriate testing, validation, issue resolution, and readiness activities are completed prior to implementation. Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans. Work with clinical and business teams to ensure staff are adequately prepared for new technology and processes. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and barriers to successful delivery. Ensure project activities align with established project management and change management methodologies. Qualifications Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification is required. 10+ years of experience managing information technology projects within a healthcare environment. Experience reporting project progress to a Project Steering Committee and overseeing the safe implementation of software solutions within a clinical environment. 7+ years of experience coordinating internal delivery teams, vendor partners, and customer stakeholders to successfully deliver digital business outcomes. 5+ years of experience implementing or migrating organizations to Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online within a large acute-care healthcare or public sector environment. Experience coordinating Microsoft 365 implementations with clinical, business, and management resources and ensuring staff are adequately prepared for new solutions. 5+ years of experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of Microsoft 365 products and services, including Exchange Online migrations from on-premise mail services. 5+ years of experience using a structured change management methodology, such as Prosci, to develop and deliver organizational change management strategies and plans. Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and competing priorities.
