We strive for excellence.Description du posteAs a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will drive project execution, proactively manage risks, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.What you’re responsible for:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (preferred MS Project). Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Draft and submit budget baseline and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary through proper change management. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recommendation, if necessary, during project cycle. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members. Execute and monitor project progress and appropriate project decisions when needed. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage risks, identify potential issues, and devise about contingency plans. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors. Influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Ability to work under project tight timelines. QualificationsTo join our team:3-5 years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project execution. Must be bilingual in English and French, both orally and in writing Nice to have PMP Certification or equivalent, as well as a bachelor’s degree in related field. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as One Plan, MS projects, MS planner, Excel. Demonstrated experience in the management of internal and external resources. Proven track record and experience in deploying IT solutions. Experience working both independently and in a team environment is essential. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Strong written and oral communication skills at an executive level.
