The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex energy performance and infrastructure modernization projects from initiation through close-out. They serve as the primary point of accountability for project execution, ensuring safety, financial performance, and contractual compliance.

The Project Coordinator will monitor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and BMS work at Federal Government sites to ensure alignment with design intent and project schedules. They are responsible for managing project documentation, including RFIs and shop drawings, while conducting onsite inspections and safety oversight.
