JOB SUMMARY A project coordinator is responsible for accurate transfer of data from the estimating software to our ERP software ensuring all costing and selling prices line up between the two software platforms. They ensure that material is ordered, fabricated and delivered to the customer based on the project timelines. Project Coordinators are responsible for accurate reporting through the ERP system as well as closing out contracts at the end of projects.
