The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum events and foster collaboration to ensure team efficiency and cohesion. They will guide teams in adopting Scrum best practices to achieve goals and support continuous improvement.

Candidates must hold a university degree in computer science or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in technology, including 3 years as a Scrum Master. Proficiency in Scrum concepts, Atlassian tools, and the ability to communicate in both English and French are required.
