Role Description This full-time Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Quebec, Canada, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end project planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes, developing schedules, managing resources, tracking progress, and resolving issues that may affect delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, monitoring logistics and expediting activities, and overseeing inspection processes to ensure compliance with specifications. The Project Manager also prepares status reports, maintains project documentation, supports risk management, and drives continuous improvement in project and logistics workflows. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to project specifications Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, transportation, and inventory coordination Relevant experience in project coordination or management within industrial, construction, engineering, or logistics environments Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Zoho Projectm, MS Project, Excel, or similar software) Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Quebec, Canada, with flexibility between on-site and remote work Post-secondary education in project management, engineering, business, logistics, or a related field is an asset
