Junior Project Manager

Contributing to this role is: * Reviewing project estimates, clarifying requirements, and resolving ambiguities, if necessary; * Ensuring the execution of complex projects; * Coordinating steel manufacturing with the production department; * Establishing manufacturing sequences; * Coordinating steel deliveries according to the established schedule; * Participating in and coordinating periodic invoicing according to established contractual clauses; * Preparing, maintaining, and revising the project schedule; * Following up on the approval of shop drawings with customers and putting them into production according to the project schedule; * All other tasks related to the position; In spring 2027, the successful candidate will represent ADF on a U.S.-based project for a few months. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and providing daily updates to the team in Terrebonne. The Junior Project Manager will oversee the execution of complex steel manufacturing projects, including coordinating production schedules and deliveries. They are also responsible for reviewing estimates, managing shop drawing approvals, and handling periodic invoicing.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering and be members of the OIQ. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project is desired, along with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
