Expertise with scale agile practices rewarded
Lead the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework into our delivery practices and foster an agile delivery mindset. You’ll provide ongoing training with a focus on creating cohesive teams, and work with leaders to identify gaps and address issues of product performance.

What you’ll do: 
- Lead the adoption of agile values
- Develop an implementation plan and manage the transformation backlog
- Research best practices and refresh team learnings
- Search or conduct training in SAFe
- Onboard and certify agile participants
- Facilitate workshops
- Participate in planning and inspect-and-adapt events

What you’ll need: 
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce and at least five years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- SAFe certification
- A deep understanding of FCC business, functions and key relationships
