Under the direction of the vice-president, the account/project manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination production contracts. While mainly respecting predetermined production deadlines, his/her responsibilities will also comprise of the following:

  • Work to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Maintain and develop good customer relations with established clients.
  • Establish client's needs that best meet their demands during clients order process.
  • Participate in the development of new design programs tailored to meet the client's needs while ensuring the highest quality and continuity of service.
  • Responsible for preparation and follow up of the clients order, production, price-list, distribution, invoicing, customs clearance, and receivable/payable accounts related to the order all while respecting the negotiating terms of the agreement.
  • Follow-up with on-site installations occasionally.
  • Respond to clients complaints.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows and industry exhibitions occasionally.
  • Participate in production and board meetings when required.

Profile:

  • Good technical knowledge in the following domains: wood, metal, assembly and/or skills connected with the manufacturing industry is an asset
  • Knowledge to read and understand technical drawings
  • Knowledge in logistics is an asset
  • Knowledge or experience in the store fixture industry is an asset
  • Experience in customer service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Bilingual (English: very strong and French: base)
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • General-purpose
  • Able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Office.

The candidate must possess a car, shows leadership, demonstrates interpersonal relationship skill, develops and maintains good customer relations.
