Main responsibilities

  • Work on deliverables with different contributors (delivery managers, scrum masters, product managers) to ensure business objectives are met, benefits are delivered, and budgets and timelines are respected
  • Help develop change management strategies
  • Ensure that the material, human and financial resources needed to meet the target business objectives are available
  • Manage, monitor and communicate the roadmap and budget Define and promote governance Identify and handle project issues and/or risks
  • Prepare reports and status updates for the project sponsor and other decision- making bodies
  • Help manage internal and external suppliers

Specific conditions

Work location: Montreal or Lévis, depending on the selected candidate's preference. Work arrangement: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Have PMP, PMI-ACP or SAFe certification or a graduate degree in project management (PMT, specialized graduate diploma [DESS], etc.) (an asset)

For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Knowledge of the IT industry (an asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in English (an asset)
