The Analyst will be responsible for supporting clients in the implementation of the Dynamics 365 Business Central management system.
Analyze customer needs and write technical specifications;
Participate in the configurations and implementation of the personalized solution;
Ensure sound project management as well as follow-ups with customers;
Work in collaboration with fifteen advisers and ten developers.
2+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst;
Experience in consulting services sought and good customer approach;
Autonomy and decision-making skills;
Be open to travel (around 30%, mainly in Montreal);
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English).
