Change Management Specialist

We are seeking talent to fill the position of Specialist, Change Management. This job is full-time, permanent.

The position

• Establish a multiyear transformation and change management strategy, and the methodology to drive Resolute’s transformation, culture and employee engagement
• Lead the development and implementation of change management, communication and training methods, strategies and plans in support of projects and performance initiatives
• Establish a detailed project charter, change plans and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables
• Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with Resolute’s vision, strategic direction, goals and objectives
• Identify potential issues and impacts associated with the changes generated by the transformation of processes, tools, organizational structures, etc.
• Leverage internal resources and support across the company to enable change
• Provide skilled leadership throughout each step of the process at all levels of the organization and across all stakeholders
• Plan, design and develop training programs, lead training sessions, and coordinate the information cascade and all training activities.

The ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources or a related field
• Eight to 10 years of professional experience in change management, with modern, agile organizational change management techniques, strategy and implementation
• Excellent understanding of methodologies and approaches used in adult learning, change management and project management
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French, including the ability to articulate messages clearly to various audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build, influence and work with a variety of internal and external teams and partners
• Ability to work effectively, whether independently or as part of a team
• Ability to embrace change and role-model desired behaviors
• Ability to plan tactics, set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated competency in the implementation of evidence-informed practice in areas such as change management, employee engagement, cultural transformation, business redesign processes, learning and innovation
