We're seeking an Advisor, Talent Management, to help us take our innovative talent and feedback culture to the next level. As such, the qualified candidate will partner with key stakeholders and peers to design and deploy cutting-edge approaches to accelerate our world-class talent throughout our offices in Ottawa, Montréal, New York and London.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor, Talent Management, you'll:
Actively lead or contribute to projects aiming to implement new processes and systems to improve the employee experience (e.g. career management and competencies management);
Lead or contribute to projects aimed at continuously improving and managing ongoing talent management processes (e.g. hybrid work);
Proactively manage stakeholders, budgets and deliverables, and collaborate with peers to ensure integration across Strategic, Human Resources and Diversity initiatives;
Proactively identify roadblocks and risks, and bring forth mitigation strategies;
Continuously broaden knowledge and expertise to enhance our Talent Culture and Employee Experience.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field;
Project management certification, an asset;
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Project management, with Talent Management or Organizational Development an asset;
Experience in designing and delivering employee/talent management programs;
Experience in dynamic fast-paced organizations with an international footprint;
Have proven change management know-how, be proactive, resourceful and politically savvy;
Have a keen ability to summarize and present information in an engaging manner;
Are an effective communicator in both French and English, with excellent writing skills.
