In keeping with our goal to develop a strategic partnership with our clients in business offices and properties around the world, the Department is currently seeking talented, team-oriented and innovative professionals to join us. Come work with us as our new Advisor, IT Project Management.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for implementing and improving the management structure for the project management office (PMO), in particular by introducing reliable processes and best practices, and for providing support in managing medium- and large-scale projects. Duties will include the review of project deliverables and support for project control officers (PCOs).
Your duties will include the following:
Support project managers with the planning, execution and monitoring of various projects to ensure on-time delivery in line with project specifications, budgetary requirements, quality standards and clients' expectations:
Train and support the team of project managers in the application of relevant standards and processes as well as the use of the Microsoft Project online EPM tool;
Manage the implementation of the change request process;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management structure:
Define project delivery models;
Support PCOs in using Ivanhoé Cambridge's tools and methods;
Help ensure the continuous improvement of the process for managing IT delivery capacity by supporting PCOs and IT managers with capacity management processes and tools;
Track the annual project portfolio budget:
Compile forecasts, comparing them with the authorized budget and annual project portfolio spending;
