Being part of the VP, Information Technology's leadership team, you will be leading a delivery team, mainly staff with project managers and experienced analysts that are self-contained and deliver in Agile mode.  You will execute on an agreed portfolio of projects in order to meet the business strategy goal and meet the demand for system improvement related to Marketing, Sales, including the Order to Cash transactions.

Your long-term contribution:

Manage Strategic Role:

  • Ensure evolution of IS-IT services for the Sales Processes and be the point of contact and advisor for the Executive Leaders responsible for Marketing, Sales and Order to Cash functions.



  • Developing people (direct or indirect line management) on a continuous basis, taking into account the needs of the organization and the aspirations of the people.
  • Organize collaboration between IT teams and partners (business, external and internal)  .
  • Contributing to and executing on the IT strategy by:
    • Contributing to arbitration on the build and run perimeters
    • Allocating capacity
    • Adjudicating priorities
    • Controlling budgets
    • Ensuring user and business satisfaction
  • Inspire and engage its teams and partners by driving a dynamic of continuous progress and innovation within the agreed quality framework.
  • Communicating strategy and results inside the company.



  • You hold a University degree in Business (IT) or computer science or an equivalent combination of a college diploma in computer science and experience. 
  • You have 15 years of experience in an IT department.  
  • You have experience in the Manufacturing and or Good Distribution sector. 
  • You adapt easily to change, and you can work under pressure. 
  • You thrive and have experience with a Lean and Agile culture.
  • You have a technical culture in software development and infrastructure/operations.
  • You have experience with at least one of the following systems: SAP, or Oracle ERP.
