Main responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with different contributors (delivery managers, scrum masters, product owners) on deliverables to ensure that business objectives are met, benefits are delivered, and budgets and timelines are respected

• Help develop change management strategies

• Ensure that the material, human and financial resources needed to meet the target business objectives are available

• Manage, monitor and communicate the roadmap and budget Define and promote governance Identify and handle project issues and/or risks

• Prepare reports and status updates for the project promoter and other decision-making bodies

• Help manage internal and external suppliers

Other working conditions

• Work location: Montreal or Levis, depending on the candidate's preference. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience in project management in banking, insurance or a similar sector

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• PMP, PMI-ACP certification and/or graduate degree in project management (MPM, specialized graduate diploma, etc.) (asset)

• For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)

• Knowledge of the IT industry (asset)
