We’re looking for a driven and strategic events specialist who is passionate about cultivating engaging experiences, very comfortable with technology, is highly accountable and knows how to bring a brand to life through virtual and in-person events on a national or local scale for external or internal audiences. You understand that an event represents only one touchpoint, and what we do before and afterwards is just as important. You bring your exceptional attention to detail and impeccable organizational and project management skills to plan, manage and coordinate multiple teams and execute with excellence, thinking about and proactively planning for before, during and after-event activities. You have a flair for the creative, a drive to go above and beyond and an appetite for fast-paced environments with multiple initiatives on the go.
This role is based in Toronto but has a national and local focus. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing primarily client-facing events and conferences for priority EY industry and practice groups, as well as people engagement activities within EY. You will also own our national events resource site, and act as a connector between all groups involved with executing events and client experiences across the firm, to bring the best of EY to our clients and our people.
