  • Serves as an expert for the sales team, internal business units and customers in defining the scope of the group  plan implementation project and in developing and executing the project plan 
  • Leads the team working on an implementation project by coordinating day-to-day and longer-term operational  aspects while ensuring that customer expectations are met 
  • Manages and communicates status information for the implementation project to stakeholders, including regular  communications updates, monitoring of the project plan and organization (e.g. tracking and reporting on  meetings, activities, documentation and deadlines), and organizing and facilitating meetings with stakeholders ∙ Identifies, manages and mitigates the risks of group plan implementation projects 
  • Defines and measures performance indicators related to the execution of the implementation project and the  quality of deliverables 
  • Ensures that documentation for implementation projects is complete, up-to-date and properly managed ∙ Builds and fosters cooperative relationships with all members of the implementation project team while  representing the interests of Green Shield Liaises with the management team on the progress of expected  results 
  • Participates in special projects, such as responding to RFPs for new business opportunities and other sales related initiatives (e.g. business case creation) 
  • Develops group plan implementation plans and presents at finalist presentations to secure new business ∙ Coaches people involved in implementation projects to apply implementation best practices (processes, tools,  deliverables, necessary responsibilities, etc.) 
  • Stays abreast of new trends to help develop innovative solutions in support of the implementation process


  • University degree or college diploma in a field relevant to the position 
  • Experience in project management 
  • Experience in group plans or related industries 
  • Ability to influence and lead others to achieve project deliverables 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize deliverables in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus 
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written  
  • Bilingualism – English and French 
  • Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Availability for business trips 


  • PMP certification
