Reporting to the Project & Portfolio Management Lead (“PPM”), the Director of Portfolio Management ensures the leadership of the project portfolio prioritization based on business priorities, resource and capacity constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies. The Director of Portfolio Management works in close collaboration with the Enterprise architecture team to ensure the alignment of the IT portfolio with the IT Strategy. This role enables organization strategic and tactical decision making through portfolio management governance, resource and capacity management, and enterprise reporting.
The Director of Portfolio Management will interface with all delivery areas within IT (Business Solution Delivery Leads, IT Partners, Enterprise Architecture and Intake and Planners) and Canada Post and Purolator business (PMOs, Business Portfolio Managers and Corporate Finance)

Academic : University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent (required), Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Asset)
