The Bank has put in place a Currency's Agency Operations Centers (AOC) Modernization Program which is mandated to undertake a wholesome review of Currency's cash processing centers' operations and to implement their strategic evolution to better enable them to respond effectively to the ever-changing environment and to continue to position them as leading state-of-the art centers. It is a highly complex program given the multiple stakeholders involved and the various streams for review: AOC processes and change management, replacement of the note handling equipment, modification of the information technology systems and environment, upgrades and modifications of facilities, and renewal and enhancement of physical security.
About the position
Reporting to the Currency Program Manager and as part of the AOC Modernization team, the Project Manager will be assigned projects in various stages of the project cycle and will be required to quickly learn about the project scope, status, schedule and risks to effectively manage, along with the key stakeholder, the projects to see them through to a successful completion. The projects will include: the design and installation of a new conveyor system, and the completion of the request for proposals for new note processing machines.

English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
